Job Title: Group Head, Human Resources Location: Abuja Role Description: The Group Head, Human Resources is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Abuja, responsible for overseeing and driving the bank’s HR strategy across all locations. This role manages the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and frameworks that support organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading talent acquisition and workforce planning, overseeing performance management and employee development, and ensuring effective employee relations and engagement initiatives. The Group Head Human Resources will guide compensation and benefits structures, support leadership with strategic HR advisory, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.
