About the Role The Grooming Salon Leader will lead and manage grooming salon operations and teams, delivering expert grooming services and ensuring outstanding customer experience while safeguarding the wellbeing of every pet in our care. What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day grooming salon operations, optimize workflows and scheduling, manage inventory, and execute staffing plans.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team from entry-level trainees to professional groomers; provide coaching, feedback, training, and performance evaluations.
- Create and manage efficient grooming schedules to maximize capacity and meet customer demand, ensuring coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor salon performance metrics (revenue, customer satisfaction, partner productivity); analyze data and develop action plans.
