Grants Analyst I in the College of Earth, Ocean and Environment at the University of Delaware. Under the general direction of the Manager, Grant Administration, this role manages the pre-award and post-award administration for contracts and grants, overseeing approximately $50M in research expenditures, and ensures accurate proposal submissions and award management across federal, state, and industrial sponsors.
What You'll Do
- Provide in-depth guidance to PIs in developing competitive proposals; review solicitations and sponsor requirements; recommend budgets, certifications, effort, and match funding; verify accuracy prior to submission to the University Research Office.
- Create, compile, and review complex proposal information including budgets, budget justifications, and documents for submission to appropriate funding agencies.
