Union Bank's Management Trainee Programme is a structured graduate programme intended to prepare high-performing recent graduates for careers in banking and to develop future leaders through formal training and practical on-the-job experience.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a series of training sessions and hands-on, on-the-job assignments designed to develop banking skills and leadership potential.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Numerical Sciences, or a related field, or a relevant professional IT certification.
- Minimum academic qualification of second-class lower division from a recognised university, or an HND with at least a lower credit.
- Minimum of five (5) O'Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings.
