About this role
About the Role The Grader General Labor role is responsible for inspecting and removing eggs with checks, bloods, dirts and leakers as they move through the candling booth, and properly packaging eggs on the back line. You will also keep the grader area clean and organized while ensuring safety and professionalism. What You'll Do
- Inspect eggs during candling and remove checks, bloods, dirts, leakers and other foreign objects as eggs pass by.
- Properly package egg cartons and label boxes.
- Constantly monitor dating and quality; immediately inform the grader operator and Quality Control Inspector when issues arise.
- Rotate between packer and candler duties as assigned by the Grader Manager, safely and in a timely manner.
- Keep the work area neat, clean, and organized (eggs cleaned up off the floor, garbage properly disposed).
