About this role
DEINE CHALLENGE
- Du verantwortest die Erreichung der Erreichung der definierten Volumn und Umsatzziele und trägst massgeblich zum nachhaltigen Wachstum des «Benefit-Program» bei
- Du entwickelst und setzt die Go-to-Market sowie Sales-Enablement Strategie mit Fokus auf Neukundengewinnung, Wachstum und Marktbearbeitung um
- Du analysierst Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Kundentrends und leitest daraus wirkungsvolle Vertriebs- und Marketingmassnahmen ab
- Du optimierst die Customer Journey von der Lead-Generierung über das Onboarding bis zur Conversion und entwickelst die digitale «Single Point of Entry»-Plattform sowie den Bestellprozess kontinuierlich weiter
- Du planst und steuerst zielgruppenspezifische Sales- und Marketingprogramme, entwickelst Cross- und Upselling-Initiativen und identifizierst Wachstumspotenziale durch fundierte Kunden- und Portfolioanalysen
