About the Role
The Global Solutions Architect (GSA) is a technical leadership role supporting Sales in AI specialization. The GSA collaborates with Sales and internal teams to identify and design F5 solutions that address customer needs, evangelizes innovative AI–security solutions, and mentors the Solution Engineering community.
What You'll Do
- Work on strategic AI opportunities and provide technical expertise.
- Serve as an evangelist and thought leader in AI, liaising between Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Product Development.
- Collaborate with Global Solution Architects and business leaders to identify customer pain points and industry trends and map them to F5 solutions.
- Advocate for customer requirements and high-value use cases to product management and services.
