About the Role Chemours is seeking a Global Business EHS & Operations Sustainability Leader to join our growing Operations team. This role will lead business EHS governance, monitoring leading and lagging indicators, audit findings and recommendations, regulatory reporting, and compliance, and develop business-specific continuous improvement plans including Corporate Responsibility goals. The position reports to the Global Operations Vice President and can be based at the Wilmington, Delaware Headquarters or other US TT sites, partnering with site leadership to drive value and safer, more sustainable operations.
What You'll Do
- Provide high quality, felt leadership to Titanium Technologies Operations by intense site engagement, including field & EHS systems auditing.
- Identify and lead the execution of opportunities to simplify processes and deliver business value.
