About the Role Corbion is seeking a Global Business Director (GBD) to lead the global growth agenda for Culinary, Pet Food, Seafood and Confectionery within the Preservation & Specialty Ingredients business. You will own the market strategy, build and lead a global team, and drive sustainable, profitable growth across regions. What You'll Do
- Develop, communicate and execute global market segment strategies aligned with the PSI Business Area Strategy Lead and develop a global market team, delivering results through people and cross-functional collaboration
- Drive market action plans through regional teams and functional partners
- Own delivery of revenue growth, margin performance, pipeline development and conversion
- Co-develop and steer key account strategies together with Sales; sponsor innovation initiatives and selected CAPEX projects, from market justification to execution
