En Macropay estamos buscando un/a Gerente de Sucursal para liderar la operación de una tienda física en CDMX. Este puesto es presencial, forma parte del área Comercial (Ventas) y tiene como objetivo garantizar una experiencia de cliente excepcional y el desarrollo del equipo. Apertura y cierre de tienda. Capacitación: serás responsable del seguimiento de la capacitación en sistemas y cumplimiento de cursos asignados de tu equipo de trabajo. Exhibición y acomodo: asegurar la correcta exhibición de producto conforme a los lineamientos. Colocación de productos diversos: ofrecer la opción de compra e incentivar y supervisar la venta cruzada. Atención al cliente en tienda. Limpieza y orden de la tienda y bodega. Realizar auditorías y administrar garantías en sucursal.
