About the Role We are looking for a General Manager to lead the Hard Facilities Management services at Velindre Cancer Care Centre in Cardiff. This pivotal role will guide mobilisation, commissioning and transition into full operational service, ensuring readiness across engineering systems, asset data, compliance frameworks, and service delivery in a highly regulated, patient-critical environment. You will hold full accountability for operational, technical, commercial and compliance performance to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality hard FM in a patient-critical healthcare setting. What You'll Do
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the contract, ensuring delivery against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations whilst leading mobilisation and transition into live operations.
