Current UC employees are invited to apply to be included in the general pool of candidates for qualified faculty roles. The number of positions varies by departmental needs and there is no guarantee that an open position exists. Appointments are renewed based on teaching performance and departmental needs; classes may be day or evening; rank and compensation are based on experience and academic credentials.
