About the Role Ensure comprehensive customer service in-store, merchandising of stock, shelf price labeling and housekeeping within the designated area of responsibility. Supports store operations by maintaining layout adherence and a safe shopping environment. What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive customer service and assist customers with queries, including advising on correct products and resolving complaints.
- Merchandise stock and ensure shelf price labeling aligns with store layout and planograms; keep bulk stock areas organized.
- Maintain housekeeping in the assigned area; ensure unobstructed aisles and safe customer flow; complete price labeling checks and required checklists.
- Ensure OHSA safety compliance; wear safety gear and maintain a safe environment for customers and staff within the area of responsibility.
