About the Role Volt is hiring multiple Quality Test Technicians in San Diego, CA to fill the role of Gas Turbine Quality Test Technician. In this position you will install, level, set up, prepare and operate OEM gas turbines, gas compressors, driven equipment, package systems, control consoles, microprocessor controls, sub-assemblies, components or accessories in test cells, fixtures or special test beds. You will connect test equipment, conduct production and first article tests, observe and record test data, and perform vibration surveys and trim balance components. This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire opportunity with two shift options (1st shift 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM; 2nd shift 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM). What You'll Do
