About the Role
As an FX Services Client Service Associate in the Currency Overlay team, you will manage client relationships and oversee the daily operations of our hedging services for EMEA, NA, and APAC clients. You’ll execute client queries, analyze portfolios, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery. Your work will be essential in maintaining high standards, supporting new client onboarding, and driving strategic solutions for ongoing and future business needs. What You'll Do
- Execute excellent Client service and relationship management including the resolution of Client queries and requests on a daily and ad-hoc basis.
- Oversee client portfolios including pre-trade and post-trade analysis and trade capture.
- Interact with Fund Accountants, Transfer Agencies, Custodians and/or Prime Brokers on a daily and ad-hoc basis.
