This role involves collaborating across functions to support on-site customer installations, FAT, and continuous improvement of test capabilities in a GMP environment. What You'll Do
- Plan, develop, and execute functional test strategies for customized BioProcess Solutions, including procedure development and ownership of functional testing activities.
- Review, approve, and provide quality oversight on test protocols created by other test engineers, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, recommend corrective actions, and support service teams with maintenance, repair, and on-site customer installations.
