About the Role This is a full-time, entry-level position onsite at a medical facility in Grand Rapids, MI. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience within Firstsource's healthcare outsourcing solutions, with a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM schedule. Immunizations up to date are required due to the healthcare environment. What You'll Do
- Support healthcare-related processes within Firstsource's outsourcing solutions spanning the customer lifecycle in the healthcare industry.
- Work onsite at a medical facility in Grand Rapids, MI, following the Monday–Friday schedule.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assist customers through challenging healthcare-related scenarios and decisions.
