About the Role IQVIA is seeking a Full-Stack Tech Leader for Tech Consulting in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This role leads cross-disciplinary delivery across frontend, backend, and AI toolchain to drive client outcomes in a hybrid work environment. What You'll Do
- Independently own the full delivery lifecycle from requirement analysis through to production release.
- Coordinate across frontend, backend, AI toolchain and cross-functional teams; manage multiple parallel technical streams and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and conduct technical consultations with clients, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Design scalable architectures including multi-tenant SaaS concepts, cloud deployment strategies (GCP), and robust CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure production readiness, performance, security, and reliable documentation.
