About the Role We are seeking a software engineer with strong full-stack capabilities to review and refactor existing code, design reliable and reusable code, and drive performance improvements across customer projects and our Digital Health Innovation Lab. You will collaborate with designers, testers, developers, and product managers through the product lifecycle to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure systems. What You'll Do
- Review and refactor existing code into high-quality, maintainable solutions.
- Design reliable and reusable code; optimize performance and usability.
- Identify bottlenecks, perform debugs and fixes, and maintain system stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, testers, developers, and PMs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop highly efficient user interface components and analyze website performance to drive improvements.
