Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of full-stack web applications
- Manage and coordinate frontend and backend developers
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and development plans
- Review code and ensure adherence to coding and security standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers
- Assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure timely project delivery
- Resolve technical challenges, performance issues, bugs and system bottlenecks
- Participate in architectural decisions and recommend technologies
- Manage source control, development environments, deployment and release activities
- Ensure applications are scalable, secure, reliable and properly documented
