About the Role Lead and energize high-volume dining service operations by supervising large, diverse teams, upholding exceptional standards in food quality, sanitation, and customer service, and ensuring smooth, efficient day-to-day operations across multiple food service platforms. Under the direction of the Operations Assistant, this role supervises daily operations of up to 20 bargaining unit employees, 10 part-time employees, and over 100 student employees within Dining Services. What You'll Do
- Supervise daily operations across multiple food service platforms and departments
- Maintain or improve standards of quality, service, and sanitation; ensure excellent customer service
- Lead, train, and supervise staff, and coordinate with production teams as needed
- Maintain security controls and support departmental objectives
- Perform other related duties as assigned
