About this role
About the Role FSO Engineer Band 2 is responsible for on-site end-user support and hardware-related service delivery to client locations, including IMACD, imaging, asset management, and conferencing equipment support. What You'll Do
- On-site end-user support for endpoint devices and corresponding system software
- Perform IMACD services and break-fix repairs for hardware (Windows and Mac)
- Provide on-site/Field services at client locations as needed
- Deploy, manage and refresh hardware (less than 10 devices per month per site) as agreed with the client
- Facilitate Autopilot-based desktop imaging for new hires and leavers
- Coordinate with client hardware asset management to maintain compliance
- Support fixed telephony and softphones
- Uplift and reimage leaver equipment and coordinate with asset management
- Deploy and configure new hire equipment
