In Europa investiert der Konzern in den Ausbau seines Immobilienportfolios durch Hotelrenovierungen und neue Hotelentwicklungen in den Bereichen Economy & Midscale. Damit verfolgt Essendi ein zweifaches Ziel: Gästen den gewohnten Service in den Hotels zu garantieren und zugleich auf die aktuellen Umweltprobleme zu reagieren. Letzteres durch die Reduzierung des CO2-Fußabdrucks einer jeden Immobilie. Um die Ziele erfolgreich umzusetzen, setzt Essendi auf ein internationales Team aus mehr als 30.000 Mitarbeitenden.
