- Du bearbeitest Reservierungsanfragen und gibst unseren Gästen hilfreiche Informationen zu Angeboten im Haus und in der Umgebung
- Anfragen per E-Mail, Telefon oder persönlich beantwortest du kompetent oder leitest sie gezielt an die zuständigen Abteilungen weiter
- Bei Beschwerden findest du lösungsorientiert und ruhig eine passende Antwort – immer mit dem Ziel, unsere Gäste zufriedenzustellen
