Als Front Office Agent (m/w/d) bist du erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Gäste – vom Check-in bis zum Check-out. Mit deinem freundlichen, professionellen Auftreten sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Ablauf am Empfang und unterstützt auch bei Bedarf an unserer Hotelbar bei starkem Gästeaufkommen – hier arbeiten wir Hand in Hand.
Was dich bei uns erwartet:
- Persönlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer internationalen Gäste
- Check-in, Check-out sowie Betreuung der Gästeanfragen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen im Hotel
- Zubereitung und Service von Getränken & Snacks an der Bar
- Kassenführung, Bearbeitung von Reservierungen, Pflege der Gästekorrespondenz
- Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben und Einhaltung aller Standards
