MAMA SHELTER LAKE COMO is hiring a Front Desk Agent/Receptionist (M/F/NB) for a full-time permanent position in Como, Italy. The role focuses on delivering warm, personalized hospitality and ensuring a smooth stay for guests throughout the day. You will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for welcoming them, handling arrivals and departures (including individuals and groups), managing last-minute bookings, and answering calls. You will also share feedback from guests with the manager to help maintain an exceptional experience. In addition, you will manage payments, keep cash register accuracy, handle invoices, and follow up as needed. As a Mama ambassador, you will promote our offerings — boutique, restaurant, and events — and convey the Mama vibe to guests.
