About the Role We are building a 100× better job search engine and are looking for a Founding Growth Hacker to own the consumer side of our user acquisition. This role focuses on job seekers, not employers, and will work closely with the founders and engineering team in Cupertino. Expect a highly demanding, high-reward environment with a minimum commitment of 50 hours per week at our Cupertino office. What You'll Do
- Own the consumer side of growth, run day-to-day acquisition experiments for job seekers
- Collaborate with founders and engineers to design and execute PLG and technical SEO/GEO strategies
- Identify bottlenecks, test hypotheses, and ship autonomous growth initiatives
- Track metrics, optimize channels, and scale to millions of users
