About the Role As a Foundation Room Bartender, you will provide beverage service to guests in a high-volume, fast-paced Foundation Room at House of Blues Cleveland. This part-time role offers an hourly wage plus tips and requires a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends. What You'll Do
- Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through your work area during shift
- Follow House of Blues safety, health, and sanitation standards
- Assist other employees as needed
- Follow opening and closing procedures, checking out with manager on duty
- Adhere to all HOB policies and procedures
- Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance and HOB alcohol policies
- Request proper identification for anyone appearing under 30 years of age
- Recognize when guests require service adjustments or assistance What We're Looking For
