About the Role Forest School Leader, St John's Catholic Primary School, part of the Dunstan Catholic Educational Trust, is a fixed-term, 12-month role. This part-time position (one day per week, 6.5 hours) supports our outdoor learning agenda within a caring school community. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Forest School Training Certificate and a passion for outdoor learning, and must be able to uphold our Catholic ethos. What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate Forest School sessions for groups of children across the school in the outdoor area.
- Plan, deliver and assess nature-based activities, ensuring safety and safeguarding at all times.
- Work one day per week during term-time on a fixed-term contract and collaborate with staff to integrate outdoor learning into the curriculum.
