Responsibilities

Plan daily work and coordinate with production report and employees.

Manage the shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks, monitoring task execution, and following up with all team members.

Oversees warehouse operations including bulk loading, unloading, filling, mixing and blending activities.

Ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines.
-
Execute selected administrative activities related to the work.

Lead small team of operators in warehousing and production.
-
Coordinate daily activities with Facility Manager.
-
Keep track of and report daily on Rail moves and activity.
-
Bi-Annual physical inventory reporting and coordination.

Your Profile
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years management experience, related capacity
