About the Role In a hospital call center environment, you will help process inpatient meals, diet orders, special services, consults, transfers, and nourishments to meet physician-prescribed menu needs. This part-time role provides patient-focused service and supports meal operations at Concord Hospital.
What You'll Do
- Process patient meal orders, diet orders, special services, consults, transfers, nourishments, and requisitions to meet physician-prescribed menus.
- Provide customer service to patients via phone and other channels.
- Answer incoming calls and route or resolve inquiries.
- Deliver patient nourishments.
- Attend departmental meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Some education beyond high school, but less than an Associate’s Degree.
