About the Role The Food Service Associate is responsible for department cleanliness, food preparation, customer service and maintaining stock in assigned areas. This role supports multiple production shifts and adheres to food safety and hygiene standards in a per diem, part-time capacity.
What You'll Do
- Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
- Prepares foods according to recipes and standards.
- Maintains stock levels in assigned area.
- Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas; keeps work station clean and organized.
- Follows standards regarding portion sizes; portions and plates foods.
- Follows regulated hygiene standards.
- Works all production shifts.
