About the Role We are seeking a Food Safety Manager – Thermal Process Authority to ensure the safety, compliance, and integrity of thermal and aseptic processes across Kerry's operations. This role will act as the regional Process Authority, providing technical leadership, regulatory oversight, and driving capability building across manufacturing and R&D teams. The position plays a critical role in maintaining product safety standards, supporting innovation, and strengthening Kerry’s food safety excellence across the region.
What You'll Do
- Ensure product safety and quality by conducting thermal process reviews and issuing process letters for aseptic, retort, acidified, low-acid, and formulation-controlled products
