About the Role As a Food Runner at Chili's in Manteca, you help create an exceptional guest experience by delivering beverages and food with warmth, hospitality, and a friendly personality. This role supports servers and teammates and offers growth toward becoming a server. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by connecting with Guests and ensuring needs are met.
- Keep tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing and clearing glassware, debris, and utensils.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. What We're Looking For
