About the Role Chili's is hiring a Food Runner to create an exceptional dining experience for guests and fellow team members. The role supports service by sharing passion for beverages, food, and people, with opportunities to grow toward server positions. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each guest
- Improve guest experience by connecting with guests and ensuring needs are met
- Pre-bus tables: remove dirty dishes, glassware, debris, and other items; maintain a clean dining area
- Partner with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
