Responsibilities
- Conduct research to support food and product development
- Assist with product design, development and enhancement
- Document and improve processes
- Conduct market research and customer surveys
- Support problem-solving and quality improvement initiatives
- Visit restaurants to monitor products and gather insights
- Collaborate with multifunctional teams on product development projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a food science-related field
- Minimum of Second Class Upper Division
- Familiarity with Microsoft software tools
- Must reside in Lagos
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
