About the Role Flow Inventory Associate helps maintain CarMax's vehicle inventory and customer experience by handling receiving and shipping, lot maintenance, merchandising, and photo uploads in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate inventory by following CarMax inventory processes.
- Receive and secure vehicles shipped to CarMax and prepare title packets for transfers.
- Perform lot maintenance and merchandising, ensuring display areas are clean and organized.
- Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing and vacuuming.
- Execute photo station process for carmax.com listings.
- Drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support.
- Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area. What We're Looking For
