About the Role We are seeking a FlexeraOne Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of the FlexeraOne FNMS SaaS platform. This role focuses on platform operations, agent and beacon support, integration monitoring, incident management, and configuration maintenance. The successful candidate will work closely with senior administrators and SAM (Software Asset Management) operations teams to ensure stable, compliant, and high-quality platform performance. Key Responsibilities Monitor FlexeraOne tenant health, beacons, and inventory data pipelines on a daily basis. Handle L2 support incidents related to agent failures, scanning issues, and inventory data discrepancies. Perform user administration activities, including provisioning, role assignments, and periodic access reviews.
