Fleet Operations Supervisor
Locations: Numan, Yola, Mubi, Adamawa
Role Summary
- Supervise day-to-day fleet deployment and utilisation, rider compliance, vehicle availability, operational schedules, incident reporting, and coordination with technical and rider-management teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma / ND or equivalent in Transport Management, Logistics, Automobile/Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in fleet, transport, logistics, or vehicle operations.
- Ability to monitor fleet performance, enforce operational procedures, and coordinate field teams.
- Strong reporting, problem-solving, and supervisory skills.
Other Requirements:
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- All applicants must be ready and available to work in Adamawa State, Nigeria.
