About the Role Lead and supervise hourly personnel on the Finishing line within the Industrial Operations team, ensuring safe and efficient execution of finishing and inspection processes. You will work to meet production targets and quality standards while fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability. What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate hourly workforce activities across heat treatment and finishing processes, including task assignment, schedule management, and resolution of operational issues, ensuring compliance with production plans, procedures, and quality standards.
- Motivate, coach, and develop hourly personnel; manage attendance, discipline, and other HR-related activities in line with company policies.
