About this role
About the Role This role is a financing operator, not a traditional Investor Relations role. You will work directly with the COO and executive leadership as the internal lead for financing, strategic finance initiatives, and investor engagement. When a financing process is live, you become the operational quarterback for Armada. What You'll Do
- Lead equity and strategic financing processes end-to-end
- Own investor diligence, data rooms, timelines, and financing workflows
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across finance, legal, tax, operations, and technical teams
- Manage investors, bankers, counsel, and external advisors throughout live processes
- Maintain momentum across multiple stakeholders and reduce executive process overhead
- Build and maintain operating models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
