About the Role The Financial Wellness Associate (FWA) at KeyBank serves as a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to clients and communities. FWAs split their time between client servicing and transaction support (70%) and engaging clients in deeper conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance to support their financial wellness (30%), in a branch team with a hybrid platform. What You'll Do
- Provide client servicing and transaction support (70% of time) to branch clients and colleagues.
- Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance and solutions to support financial wellness (30% of time), both in person and through proactive calling efforts.
- Collaborate with branch leadership and teammates to prioritize high-impact activities and coordinate tasks to align with business priorities and client needs (branch choreography).
