About the Role Be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to the people and businesses in our Key Bank communities. The Financial Wellness Associate (FWA) splits their time between client servicing and transaction support (approximately 70%) and engaging clients in deeper conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance for financial wellness (approximately 30%), in a hybrid branch team environment. As part of the branch team in a hybrid platform role, the FWA works closely with clients to deliver guidance and solutions in person and through proactive calling efforts.
What You'll Do
- Provide client servicing and transaction support (70% of time) to Key Bank clients
- Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance and solutions for financial wellness
