About the Role Financial Wellness Associate (FWA) is a branch-based, hybrid role focused on delivering outstanding client experiences while helping clients advance their financial wellness. FWAs split time between client servicing/transaction support (about 70%) and proactive client engagement (about 30%), both in person and through proactive calling, collaborating with branch leadership to align work with business priorities.

- Provide exceptional client service and act as a trusted advisor to individuals and businesses in Key Bank communities.
- Balance 70% of your time on client servicing and transaction support and 30% on proactive client outreach to uncover needs and offer guidance and solutions.
