About the Role As a Financial Wellness Associate at Key Bank, you will be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to our communities. The role blends client servicing and transaction support, with focused time (about 70%) on servicing and proactive outreach (about 30%) to uncover needs and guide clients toward financial wellness, both in person and by calling. Working in a hybrid branch team, you will partner with leadership to prioritize high-impact activities and ensure time is spent in alignment with business priorities and client needs.

- Provide exceptional client experiences while handling transactions and supporting client needs, following the 70/30 time split.
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations to uncover opportunities and deliver tailored guidance and solutions for financial wellness.
