About the Role The Financial Wellness Associate (FWA) is a hybrid branch role focused on helping clients advance their financial wellness. The position splits time between client servicing and transaction support (about 70% / 30%), and engaging clients in deeper conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance and solutions both in person and via proactive outreach. Working with the branch team and leadership, the FWA prioritizes high-impact activities to support branch performance and ensures time is used strategically to meet client needs.
