About the Role Yara Australia is seeking an experienced hands-on Financial Management Accountant to support month-end close, consolidated statutory and tax reporting, inventory accounting, compliance reporting and finance transformation projects. The role is based in Brisbane and reports to the Finance Manager, Yara Australia. What You'll Do
- Process supplier invoices on time, perform invoice matching and coding, prepare supplier payments and resolve queries; reconcile supplier statements.
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations; investigate and resolve reconciling items.
- Prepare and post routine journal entries; assist with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Maintain fixed asset register; process asset additions/disposals and depreciation journals; assist with asset verification and reporting.
