Job Summary
The Financial Controller is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all financial management, accounting, budgeting, treasury, taxation, financial reporting, cost control, internal controls, and compliance activities of the hotel. The role ensures the integrity of financial records, safeguards company assets, maintains strong internal controls, supports strategic decision making, and drives financial performance and profitability. The Financial Controller leads the Finance Department in preparing accurate financial statements, managing cash flow, optimizing working capital, monitoring budgets, strengthening internal controls, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting management with financial analysis and business insights.
