About the Role The Financial Consultant - Employee Benefits partners with clients to analyze and optimize employee benefit programs, delivering financial strategy, cost projections, and risk management guidance. This role interacts with clients and internal teams to drive strategy, renewals, underwriting insights, and reporting across self-funded and fully insured plans. What You'll Do
- Support and demonstrate IMA’s core values, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion among all associates.
- Interact professionally and timely with internal and external clients via email, phone, and in-person.
- Lead complex technical work and strategic financial consulting regarding employee benefit plans; communicate cost projections and savings opportunities.
- Drive local process improvements and support innovation across marketing, underwriting, renewals, and reporting.
