About the Role As National Support Manager for EfW, you’ll lead and coordinate the EfW Financial Analysts across our UK sites, driving consistency, best practice, and operational improvements. Internally this role is called National Support Manager and it provides a key opportunity to shape nationwide finance delivery across our EfW operations. What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate the EfW Financial Analysts network across UK sites, driving consistency, best practice and improvements.
- Coordinate and standardise financial tasks and procedures nationally.
- Audit compliance and support lean and best practice initiatives.
- Lead the EFA network and promote knowledge-sharing.
- Identify and deliver cost-saving efficiencies through data trends.
- Manage training needs and support performance reviews.
- Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders including procurement and finance.
